Automobile shock absorbers test stand
The stand is designed to carry out service life tests of automobile shock absorbers.
The reciprocating motion of the shock absorber is carried out using a pneumatic cylinder, expanding amplification up to 5500 N. It joins the shock absorber with regular attachments. The stand provides stroke adjustment and speed of the buffer piston rod, as well as control of the oscillation frequency of the piston and the total number of fatigue cycles. The temperature mode of operation of the tested shock absorber is provided by an autonomous cooling system. Management of the stand can be carried out in manual and automatic modes.
