We research car components at certified stands of our own production

A car cooling system: radiators, ventilators and radiator-ventilator units in whole, coolant pumps

Ventilation and heating system of the passenger compartment: radiators and ventilators

Car braking system: vacuum boosters gathered with brake master cylinder

Car electrical system: starters and generators

Engine gas distribution mechanism: belts (GDM)

Engine lubricating system: oil pumps and shaft seals

Fuel system: engine fuel injectors

Car suspension: shock absorbers

Active safety system: wiper blades

The stand equipment is certified and complies with state standards, the laboratory is accredited by the Federal accreditation bodies.

The laboratory and stand equipment are designed, created and operated by specialists of LLC «Scientific Production Association «TALIS», who have great calculation and engineering experience of theoretical and experimental studies of various components and systems of combustion engines and vehicles in general.

Testing laboratory is accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service «Rosaccreditation» as a testing laboratory (center) in accordance with the accreditation scope. It conforms to the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009 «General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories» and it is included in the register of accredited individuals (accreditation certificate RA.RU.21NE46 from 06.28.2018, the date of application in the register of accredited individuals 06.06.2018).

The control tests stand S-17 is designed for rubber reinforced cuffs for shafts with diameters from 35 to 120 mm on operating time and impermeability.

Vacuum brake booster test stand

    The stand is designed to carry out qualification tests to assess impermeability and durability under the cyclic loading conditions. Also it determines the functional properties of vacuum brake boosters.
